Mr. Bai worked in the Beijing court system for 8 years, where he presided over more than 1,000 civil and commercial cases of various types. He also served at the headquarters of a large financial group for 5 years as the head of the asset preservation department. Leveraging the aforementioned work experience.
Mr. Bai possesses well-balanced professional expertise in both litigation and non-litigation legal matters. His legal practice focuses on commercial litigation/arbitration, preservation/enforcement, post-investment management and risk disposal of investment and financing projects, and perennial legal advisory services for enterprises. When addressing clients' needs, Mr. Bai advocates a business objective-oriented approach, comprehensively utilizing multiple litigation and non-litigation methods to identify the most efficient path and secure the optimal solution for clients.
