Yvonne advises on all aspects of labour and employment law with a special focus on workplace discrimination issues and health and safety at work. Other areas of special expertise include restrictive covenants, bonus and incentives as well as in-dustrial relations, including collective bargaining and dispute resolution. Yvonne has extensive experience in litigation, particularly discrimination litigation, and has repre-sented a great number of employers in the Danish courts, including the Supreme Court, and the European Court of Justice.
Yvonne is a member of the IBA and is Officer in the Diversity and Equality Law Committee.
