Christian K Clasen

Christian advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, including industrial relations, HR ‎aspects of business transfers and company restructures, sports law, ESG (with a ‎particular focus on the requirements under international labour law) and equal treatment.

Christian regularly represents clients in the Danish courts, including the Supreme Court and the Labour Court. He is the main adviser of a wide ‎range of major companies and employer’s organisations on collective bargaining issues and ‎their strategic partner to handle complicated negotiations.

Christian is a member of EELA.
