Christian is Managing Partner at Norrbom Vinding. He advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, including industrial relations, HR aspects of business transfers and company restructures, sports law, ESG (with a particular focus on the requirements under international labour law) and equal treatment. Christian is an experienced litigator, regularly representing employers in the Danish courts, including the Supreme Court and the Labour Court. He is the main adviser of a wide range of major companies/employer’s organisations on collective bargaining issues and their strategic partner to handle complicated negotiations.
Christian is a member of EELA and the national correspondent for Denmark for the publication “European Employment Law Cases” (EELC).
