Henrik Juul Hansen is one of the partners heading Accura's M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets Teams.
Henrik is one of the most experienced M&A lawyers in Denmark. Henrik advises a broad range of Danish and international clients, investment banks, private equity funds and financial institutions in connection with all stages of mergers and acquisitions and in bids on listed companies (P2P).
He was appointed lead legal advisor for the Danish State (SSI) in its recent two major divestments of the medical production businesses (the divestment of SSI Diagnostica to PE firm Adelis and the sale of SSI Vaccine to AJ Biologics). Moreover, Henrik acts as a chairman/member of the boards of directors of a number of companies.
