Camilla Skøie Mørkve has extensive experience with financing transactions and debt structures within several sectors. Among her specialities are various types of asset financing (including ship financing), acquisition financing, project financing, and corporate financing, both in the traditional bank financing space and in the high-yield bond and direct lending markets. She assists both domestic and foreign borrowers and issuers, sponsors, investors, agents, lenders, and managers.

Camilla joined Schjødt in 2004. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo and King's College in London.
