Partner Andreas Lowzow heads our Financial Services Group. He is an asset management and sustainability specialist. He has vast experience establishing and structuring all types of investment funds and structures in Norway and abroad (Luxembourg, Guernsey, Jersey, Sweden, Cayman, Ireland, etc.). He is considered one of the leading regulatory experts in the Norwegian asset management industry and continuously advises asset managers on all parts of their operations.

Andreas advises managers/GPs on the structuring and formation of funds, including advising on terms, structure, team investments, drafting of fund documentation, negotiations with LPs, etc. He also advises investors/LPs when making fund investments in Norway and abroad (including negotiations on terms, sustainability review, tax, etc.).

An integral part of his activity is advising on ESG/sustainability for the asset management industry, hereunder SFDR and the EU Taxonomy.
