Andreas advises managers/GPs on the structuring and formation of funds, including advising on terms, structure, team investments, drafting of fund documentation, negotiations with LPs, etc. He also advises investors/LPs when making fund investments in Norway and abroad (including negotiations on terms, sustainability review, tax, etc.).
