Sunniva Kinsella

Sunniva Kinsella has extensive experience and in-depth legal skills with respect to financial transactions, shipping and renewables. She has special expertise within banking and finance and extensive experience with financial and other project based structures within shipping/offshore, renewables and corporate finance, including asset and project financing, restructuring, bonds and power purchase transactions. She also has special expertise on financial regulation, with a focus on EU/EEA legislation.

She provides assistance to both national and international parties and her work covers all steps of the projects, including structural and legal advice, negotiation of documentation, facilitation and assistance for utilisation of funds and execution of other transactions, re-negotiations, restructuring and enforcement.
