Partner Søren Lundgaard, one of Denmark's most preferred litigators, specialises in high-value dispute resolution, particularly in post-M&A and professional negligence cases.

Søren also advises on insurance litigation, Warranty and Indemnity (W&I) insurance, Directors and Officers (D&O) liability, and professional liability. He provides legal opinions, assists in disputes between policyholders and insurance companies, and advises on the interpretation and preparation of insurance products.

He was a partner in Fisch-Thomsen & Partners from 1991 and in Bruun & Hjejle from 2006. In 2011 he opened his own litigation firm, Lundsgaard & Partnere, which was merged with Bech-Bruun in 2023.
