As a partner of Yoon & Yang LLC, Young Woo Park has rich experience in domestic and foreign real estate-related projects, M&A, and investment-related work.

Mr. Park is achieving successful results in specialized disputes and major corporate litigations in the above areas. Based on these experiences, he lectures in specialized fields to the Korea REITs Association, the Korea Financial Investment Association, the National Pension Service and financial institutions, and serves as an advisory member of the government, public corporations, and mutual aid associations.
