Ylva Enquist

Ylva's principal areas of work are in capital markets, public M&A, investments and general corporate advisory. She frequently advises on many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordics, representing Swedish and international investment banks, private equity sponsors, venture capital funds and listed companies. In addition, she is experienced within fund formation, various co-investment structures, joint ventures and incentive schemes, as well as financial regulatory matters for listed companies, including disclosure obligations and insider information requirements.
