Yash is an experienced practitioner in Indian securities law, Yash has been associated with a number of equity and debt capital market transactions including initial public offerings, qualified institutional placements, follow on offerings, rights offerings, ADRs, GDRs and FCCBs. He has also advised on various INVITs and REITs set up in India. He has advised on several pioneering capital markets transactions involving India’s leading corporates, technology companies and global and domestic investment banks. He also advises on matters relating to compliance with securities regulation such as insider trading and compliance with listing requirements.
Yash is also part of the faculty of the Securities Law Course at the Government Law College, University of Mumbai on topics relating to Indian securities markets and also conducts the securities law related modules related to the equity issuances. He has been nominated by the Firm on various committees including the SEBI Committee for Reviewing Disclosures and Application Form in Public Issues.

IPO of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited (Nykaa) – advised the Underwriters; Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, JM Financial Limited, Kotak Securities Limited and JM Financial Services Limited
4. Advised National Highways Authority of India and their Investment Managers on the initial offer of units by the NHAI InvIT.
5. Advised on the Institutional Placement of units and Public issue of debt securities by National Highways Infra Trust, sponsored by National Highways Authority of India
6. Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC IPO – advised the Company
7. Embassy Office Parks REIT – Advised the Embassy Office Parks REIT (including its Sponsors, Blackstone and the Embassy Group) on its initial public offering. The Embassy Office Parks REIT is India’s first listed REIT.
8. Adani Wilmar IPO – advised the Company
9. Macrotech Developers Limited (Lodha) IPO and QIPs – advised the Company on their IPO and two QIPs, including the first ever QIP by way of an offer for sale of equity shares
10. Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited QIP – advised the Lead Managers
11. Bandhan Bank Limited IPO – advised the Company
12. Religare Health Trust Trustee Manager Pte. Ltd. and Fortis Healthcare Limited in relation to the approx. $ 417 Million IPO of the units of Religare Health Trust and their listing on SGX. This was the first Business Trust listing on the SGX comprising healthcare assets in India
13. Standard Chartered PLC in the first ever issuance of Indian Depository Receipts on the BSE and the NSE
