William Harris

William focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisition/disposition, development, and leasing. His practice involves office, retail, industrial, warehouse, and other commercial properties. In his leasing practice he assists landlords and tenants with commercial leases with a particular focus on helping private equity clients navigate the real estate aspects of acquisition and sale transactions while also assisting their portfolio companies with leasing and other real property activities after an acquisition occurs. William is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction he earned through the Green Building Certification Institute.
