Will is a Partner and Head of the Real Estate Litigation team. Will has been involved in some of the largest and highest-profile disputes in this area of law — many of which are reported cases.
These range from acquisitions of portfolios for investment purposes, developing those assets and the issues surrounding development constraints, through to sales and post-sale issues that arise.
The Legal 500 said that “Practice Head Will Densham is ‘one of the few true experts on rights of light and rent review,’ and ‘one of the country’s top property litigators.’" They also said that Will "handles the complexities of large-scale litigation brilliantly."
Will has given lectures to Arbrix and Index and writes articles in the main trade press.

Will obtained a science degree at Edinburgh University before carrying out a law conversion course and the legal practice course at the College of Law in London.
Will qualified in 2001 where he was an associate at Linklaters LLP. He left Linklaters LLP in 2008 and joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner in the Real Estate Litigation team.
