Mark is a Partner in our Employment group advising on all aspects of Employment Law and is particularly experienced in Employment Litigation.

Mark advises businesses from all sectors to help them minimise their legal, practical and commercial risk from an employment law perspective. He provides advice to clients regarding contentious and non-contentious matters, including complex employment disputes, senior exits, restructuring situations and variations to terms and conditions of employment.

Mark has considerable experience of Employment Tribunal litigation and also conducts his own advocacy, successfully defending significant cases throughout England, Scotland and Wales (including discrimination claims, whistleblowing claims and claims involving multiple claimants and respondents).
