• the £700m+ separation of G4S’s multi-jurisdictional cash handling business;

• the sale of multi-award-winning payments fintech, Prepaid Financial Services, to EML;

• the acquisition of global payments business, AFEX;

• acting for Sygnature Discovery on Five Arrows' investment;

• the £235m sale of ParkingEye;

• numerous strategic transactions and investments for Experian
