Mark has been an employment lawyer for over 25 years and is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland where he also heads up the Nottingham office. Mark initially trained at Ashurst and has previously worked in-house for Capital One.

Mark deals with a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work and has extensive experience in restructuring and TUPE work, executive severances and handling high profile employment litigation. Mark is proficient in the area of TUPE and is very experienced in advising in relation to the employment aspects of outsourcing projects as well as corporate and commercial transactions.

Mark’s major clients include Brakes, XPO, McKesson, Experian, Capital One, EV Cargo, Specsavers, Interflora, and Yum! Restaurants.

Mark has been named an ""Eminent Practitioner"" by Chambers for the past four years, the highest ranking that can be awarded. Within Chambers, he is lauded for ""his highly commercial, focused and approachable manner"" and for being ""very down-to-earth and personable"".
