William S. Dahlstrom, FAICP, focuses his practice on all areas of land use. He incorporates a planning problem-solving process in land use and land development issues, including zoning, subdivision, annexation, economic development, development agreements, signage, ordinance drafting, transportation, comprehensive planning, utilities, special districts, development fees, conservation, master planned developments, and aesthetics. He has been listed in 'The Best Lawyers in America' under Real Estate Law and Land Use & Zoning Law. He was named the Best Lawyers in America "Lawyer of the Year" for Land Use and Zoning in Dallas in 2016, 2018, and 2019, and he is a Fellow of AICP.
Mr. Dahlstrom is a member of the American Planning Association, The American Institute of Certified Planners, the Real Estate Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the Greater Dallas Planning Council.
