Emily Leitch is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice, recognized for her expertise in navigating multibillion-dollar transactions. With a focus on corporate governance and compliance, Emily provides strategic counsel to clients across a variety of industries, including energy, oil and gas, power, and renewables, ensuring they meet their day-to-day disclosure obligations and adhere to U.S. federal securities laws and stock exchange regulations. Emily also represents Special Committees in connection with related party transactions.
Emily’s practice spans a wide range of capital markets activities, including equity and debt offerings, high-yield transactions, and initial public offerings (IPOs). She regularly represents underwriters, issuers, and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) in public and private transactions.
In addition to her capital markets work, Emily advises on mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals, providing pragmatic solutions to address any challenges and achieve her clients’ strategic objectives.
