Vitor works in the field of Energy Law, with a focus on regulatory matters in the Brazilian natural gas and electricity sectors, encompassing generation, transmission, distribution, and energy trading. He provides consulting and litigation services in both administrative and judicial contexts. He have extensive experience coordinating the regulatory legal aspects of the National Electric System Operator (ONS) for many years. In the administrative realm, he has a wide-ranging background in dealing with ANEEL (Brazil's National Electric Energy Agency) and other sector-related entities, such as MME (Ministry of Mines and Energy), CCEE (Electric Energy Commercialization Chamber), EPE (Energy Research Company), ONS, as well as the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU) and the Federal Revenue Service (SRFB). On the judicial front, he has experience representing clients in the Federal Justice system at all levels and in various state tribunals across the country. He also teaches courses in Energy Law at Cedin and Fisul and have authored articles and publications related to the electric sector. Additionally, they are a member of the Electric Energy Commission of the OAB/RJ – CEELE-RJ.
