Alessandro is author of the books "O Dever Fundamental de Recolher Tributos no Estado Democrático de Direito", “Estudos de Custeio Previdenciário” and "Novos Estudos de Custeio Previdenciário" e "Processo Legislativo Tributário Federal e bloqueios à concretização do projeto constitucional".
