Luis Gustavo Miranda de Oliveira

Partner and leader in the areas of Business Law, Corporate Governance, Compliance consulting and with significant involvement in Contract Law, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.

He serves as the General Coordinator for the Minas Gerais chapter of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and is a Regional Director of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law and Ethics (IBDEE). He is the coordinator and professor of the Postgraduate Course in Compliance, Ethics, and Social Governance at IEC PUC Minas. He has been a professor at IBGC, the Dom Cabral Foundation, and CEDIN Center for Studies in Law and Business, where he also served as the coordinator of the postgraduate program.
