Luciana has over 25 years of experience working with tax law and is widely acknowledged for her expertise. She has authored several tax law publications.
She is a member of the Council of Tax Matters of Fecomércio/MG and of the Tax Law Special Commission of OAB/MG (Brazilian Bar Association/Minas Gerais Section), and former member of the Tax Administrative Court of the State of Minas Gerais (from 2014 to 2016).
She holds an executive LL.M. degree in Business Law from CEU Law School, a Masters’ degree in Public Law from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG), a specialization in Regulation of the Electric Energy Sector from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-RJ) and a graduate degree in Law from PUC-MG. She is also a Tax lecturer at PUC-MG and an LL.M. lecturer in Energy and Business Law in the Electric Sector at CEDIN Law School and FISUL Law School.
