Daniela practices in tax and social security Law for more than 25 years and is widely acknowledged for her expertise in domestic and foreign tax matters. She has authored several publications in tax law and coordinates the Tax Commission of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communications (ABDTIC), association in which she is also a director. Daniela is vice-president of the Tax Law Special Commission of OAB/SP (Brazilian Bar Association/São Paulo Section).
She is a member and former director of the Brazilian Association of Tax Studies of Telecommunications Companies (Abetel).
She holds a Master in Tax Law from FGV-SP, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-MG, a specialization in Business Law from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG) and a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG).
