Recent amendments to the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code notably broadened joint liability of third parties for company’s tax and/or social security liabilities arising from actions hampering discharge of such liabilities. The amendments became effective as of 4th August 2017.
Bulgaria Implements CbC Reporting
The country-by-country reporting legislation introduced by the Directive (EU) 2016/881 of 25 May 2016 is implemented in Bulgaria through significant changes to the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code, as recently passed by the Parliament and promulgated on 4 August 2017.
