Angel Ganev is a Partner and head of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, where he leads the team advising and representing many of the firm’s largest local and international clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings in Bulgarian courts of law and in both domestic and international arbitration institutions – and, when called for, in the European Court of Justice.

He is a graduate of the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary, University of London, and, in addition to his work for the firm’s clients, he sits as arbitrator in cases under ICC and VIAC rules and under the rules of the Permanent Court of Arbitration with the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Angel is also a qualified administrator of insolvency estates and may act as a trustee in insolvency proceedings.
