Anton Krustev is a Partner at Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov and Velichkov, dealing primarily with public-private partnerships, public procurement, concessions, and European Structural Investment Funds projects.
He has acted for both public and private sector clients in both litigation and M&A projects and is especially experienced in the transport & infrastructure and energy and Water Supply and Sewerage sectors. Indeed, he has extensive expertise in energy and utilities, including in power-generation, distribution, trade-in-electricity-and-gas, transportation-of-oil-and-gas, and new-power-facility-construction matters, and has led an impressive number of projects in the transport sector related to infrastructure, such as the tender procedure for the Sofia Airport concession and numerous projects related to the rehabilitation of the railway infrastructure, among others.
