Trent is co-chair of the firm’s Consumer Products & Retail industry team. He focuses on defending consumer product class actions and counseling clients on regulatory and safety issues in the food and beverage, consumer products, cosmetics, and dietary supplement (including CBD) industries. He is also a nationally recognized commentator on legal issues, speaking frequently at conferences and publishing articles in national publications.
