Tommaso Bernasconi focuses on banking, finance, debt secondary market trading and structured finance issues. He regularly advises both banks and private debt funds as well as primary international sponsors and corporate entities, in connection with acquisitions and leveraged finance deals, tender offer financing, debt capital market transactions, real estate financing in the most relevant economic sectors such as, inter alia, corporate, energy, industrial and banking. He has a significant experience in structured finance transactions, as well as in the single name UTP and NPLs markets, as well as in trading of debt instruments in secondary markets. Tommaso Bernasconi has also developed important skills in pre-insolvency restructuring agreements, composition agreements (“concordati preventivi”) and restructuring transactions in general.
Tommaso Bernasconi is Partner in Legance since 2020.
Previously he was Senior Counsel from 2018 to 2020 and Counsel from 2016 to 2018 in Legance London Office. Before he was Associate in Legance from 2007 to 2016 and in Gianni, Origoni Grippo e Partners from 2006 to 2007.
