Andrea Sacco Ginevri advises Italian and foreign clients on corporate matters and M&A transactions, with particular focus on those involving listed companies, banks, insurance companies and other regulated entities. In particular, Andrea has developed specific expertise in the following areas: corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, supervisory discipline, compliance and internal organisation, extraordinary transactions of supervised entities, public offerings and listing of shares, tender and exchange offers and market disclosure, as well as golden powers.

Moreover Mr. Sacco Ginevri regularly lectures on business law and teaches in some University courses. He is often speaker in several domestic and international seminars.
