Alberto Giampieri

Alberto Giampieri represents corporate clients and has been involved in several important M&A public and private transactions on the Italian market, mentioned in the most significant Italian and international newspapers.

Within the Corporate Finance Department of Legance, he regularly advices multinationals, private equity funds, investment banks and global financial institutions, focusing on mergers, spin offs, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Alberto Giampieri is the author of many articles published in Italian legal reviews.

From 1990 to 2007 in Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners, Partner since 1998. He had relevant management positions, headed practice groups and significantly contributed to the birth of the Banking & Finance Department in Rome.
