Tommaso Bernasconi focuses on banking, finance, debt secondary market trading and structured finance issues. He regularly advises both banks and private debt funds as well as primary international sponsors and corporate entities, in connection with acquisitions and leveraged finance deals, tender offer financing, debt capital market transactions, real estate financing in the most relevant economic sectors such as, inter alia, corporate, energy, industrial and banking. He has a significant experience in structured finance transactions, as well as in the single name UTP and NPLs markets, as well as in trading of debt instruments in secondary markets. Tommaso Bernasconi has also developed important skills in pre-insolvency restructuring agreements, composition agreements (“concordati preventivi”) and restructuring transactions in general.
