Tom Bray

Tom is an experienced UK labor and employment lawyer who works on a genuinely global basis, supporting our international clients on their people challenges across the world.

He has a particular focus on transaction support and change management. Tom works across most of our key sectors but has a number of key clients in the Transport sector with whom he has worked for many years, supporting their people strategy in rapidly changing circumstances.

Tom is a Partner in our Employment, Labor and Pensions practice group. He has experience in all aspects of UK employment law and regularly manages complex global projects. His particular areas of practice are:

• People aspects of Transaction Support, including M&A, outsourcing and insolvency — Tom leads our practice group UK Transaction Support team

• Management of international L&E projects for large global clients

• Senior executive appointment and severance

• L&E issues in the Transport sector, with particular focus on rail and aviation, including change management and employee relations

Tom also leads on Technology and Service Excellence for the practice group. He is the ES relationship partner for a number of large blue-chip clients of the firm.

Tom studied at the University of Oxford and the University of Law. He trained and qualified (2002) at another leading global law firm and joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2007, being made a partner in 2014.
