T.J. GORDON is Co-Head of Sidley’s Structured Finance practice. His practice focuses on the representation of private equity and other alternative asset funds, banks, insurance companies, FinTech companies and other financial intermediaries in Asset-Backed Finance transactions, including forward flow purchases, structured warehouse lending and asset-backed securitizations. Financings and acquisitions of consumer loans and receivables, including personal loans (a/k/a marketplace lending loans), student loans, home improvement loans and point-of-sale loans, comprise a significant portion of his practice.
