Thomas Farrell

Thomas M. Farrell has handled complex commercial cases and class actions for more than 35 years. He has substantial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in construction disputes; securities cases; oil and gas and real estate disputes; insurance coverage cases; ERISA cases; and a variety of breach-of-contract, fraud and tortious-interference matters. These clients have included individuals, major corporations, closely held businesses, government agencies and foreign sovereigns.

Tom has argued cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 5th, 9th and 10th Circuits, the Texas Supreme Court and several courts of appeals throughout Texas. He was formerly the managing partner of McGuireWoods’ Houston office.
