Tara is a specialist in financial disputes and is routinely instructed in cases involving substantial assets and complex issues such as company valuations, prenuptial agreements, non-disclosure of assets and assets held within company or trust structures. She combines this with practising in private law children matters (especially leave to remove from the jurisdiction), schedule 1 cases and property disputes or applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. Tara regularly appears in the High Court and has successfully acted in the Court of Appeal. She is praised for her grasp of complex factual and legal issues as well as her understanding of the parties' underlying needs and motivations enabling her to facilitate a resolution. Tara is an accredited civil mediator often dealing with Property Disputes and Trusts issues.
