Max’s practice primarily focusses on matrimonial finance and Schedule 1 cases, often involving substantial assets with complex company, tax and trust issues spread over various jurisdictions. He has a particular interest in the validity and recognition of marriages and divorces, and the interaction between civil and religious marriages.
