Matrimonial finance, Schedule 1 Children Act 1989, cohabitation disputes under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and pre and post nuptial agreements. Cases involving high net worth individuals, complex financial and trust structs and business assets.

Laura sits as a private FDR judge and neutral evaluator in all of these areas and is qualified as an arbitrator under the IFLA financial scheme. She is a mediator and collaborative counsel.

Reported cases include: G v T [2020] EWHC 1613; MA v SK [2015] EWHC 887 (Fam); SK v TK [2013] EWHC 834 (Fam); M v M and Others [2014] 1 FLR 439.

Educated at Northgate High School, Ipswich and Clare College, Cambridge (MA). Called to the Bar in 1998. Middle Temple. Collaborative counsel and mediator. Recorder (appointed 2019) sitting in public and private law children work and financial relief work including complex money cases. Arbitrator.
