Almost exclusively in the field of children law. Private law children involving cases with an international element, in which questions of jurisdiction or enforcement of foreign orders arise, cases of child abduction (Hague and non-Hague), as well as international and internal relocation cases. Extensive experience in public law matters involving legally or factually complex issues, as well as those in which there are international issues, or where jurisdiction is challenged. Also instructed in applications concerning vulnerable adults, and those with mental incapacity in the Court of Protection, and in applications for forced marriage protection orders.
