Lucy specialises in all financial aspects of relationship breakdown including claims for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act. Lucy has appeared at all levels of court up to the Court of Appeal and she is often instructed against silks. Lucy takes a pragmatic, solution-focused approach at all times. She is a persistent and persuasive advocate in court and has been credited as “someone who gets the ear of the judge” and is “ready to fight for her clients.” Lucy is a qualified as a financial arbitrator and sits as a private FDR judge. Lucy was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2022.
