Susanna Parker

Susanna E. Parker is a Partner in Cleary Gottlieb’s Global Tax Practice.

Susanna’s practice focuses on advising clients on a broad range of tax matters, with an emphasis on fund formation and funds adjacent matters. In addition, Susanna has extensive experience in sponsor solutions advising clients on the full range of liquidity and strategic transactions including GP-led secondaries and continuation fund transactions, portfolio transactions, single asset transactions, strip sales, credit secondaries transactions, private funds preferred equity transactions, and GP stakes and seeding transactions. Susanna also works on a variety of other transactions, including partnership issues, joint ventures, financing transactions, and private client matters.

Susanna’s representative clients include Ares, Brookfield, KKR, Sixth Street, and TPG.
