Practice Areas

Steve Wesloh's practice is devoted to environmental law with a focus on air emission counseling and enforcement defense. He routinely counsels clients on air permitting issues, such as negotiating construction and operation permits, including New Source Review and Title V permits; assessing applicability of air regulations due to potential source modifications, and interpreting regulatory obligations, including State Implementation Plan regulations, New Source Performance Standards, hazardous pollutant MACT standards, and emission trading program requirements. He has defended numerous Clean Air Act enforcement actions, including convincing U.S. EPA on several occasions to not pursue New Source Review notices of violation.
