Labor and employment practice including litigation and general business counseling. Represents employers in both federal/state courts involving claims under Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), covenants not to compete and wage claims. Represents employers in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Indiana Civil Rights Commission. Provides training for clients & HR professionals.
