Experienced Appellate lawyer who has been involved in hundreds of appeals, and has represented clients at every level of the state and federal appellate courts, as well as an extensive practice on behalf of amicus curiae parties.
Prior to entering private practice, served as a judicial clerk with the Indiana Supreme Court and was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Indiana University. Involved in drafting the Indiana Appellate Rules and presenting on appellate topics.
