Greg has 38 years of experience prosecuting and defending environmental and toxic exposure claims including environmental cost recovery matters, environmental insurance litigation, construction litigation and wetlands cases. He also has significant experience in connection with remediation projects including Ohio’s Voluntary Action Program. Greg and his team successfully handled several multi-million-dollar Superfund matters, working on behalf of large PRPs. Greg represents a wide array of clients, including manufacturers, real estate developers, railroads, wastewater treatment facilities, defense contractors, and municipalities.
Recently Greg has been defending brownfield company in citizen suit and ERAC litigation; representing a land bank in evaluating environmental risk; representing a school district in contractor dispute, and serving as an arbitration panel chair in arenewable energy royalty dispute,
