Wilner has over 35 years of experience advising on a wide variety of complex real estate, financial, and corporate matters, ranging from global real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, finance, and restructurings to international mergers and acquisitions, including private equity investments and joint ventures in the real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure areas. He represents major asset managers, corporations, and the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds in their most notable real estate transactions.
