Stefano Bucci

Stefano specialises in M&A, leverage buy-out, venture capital, and joint ventures. His expertise also extends to competition law, as well as corporate and commercial law. He has advised a number of domestic and multinational corporations in significant acquisition transactions and relating to acquisition financing, as well as in takeovers of listed corporations. He frequently assists investment banks, Italian and foreign private equity funds and companies in connection with the participation in public bids and privatisations.

Graduated in Law from the University of Rome, he got a Masters degree in Tax and Corporate Practice from LUISS University, Rome.
