Federico Busatta

One of the firm's practicing trial lawyers, Federico advises and represents both multinational and Italian companies in disputes before the various Italian courts and tribunals, also at appellate level, as well as before arbitration panels in Italy and abroad. He also represents clients before Italian regulatory agencies, including the Italian ministerial office enforcing product safety regulations.

In addition, his expertise extends to compliance and white collar crime; he advises clients on cases involving the Italian Legislative Decree 231/01, and on the implications within Italy of international cases under the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
