Raffaella Betti Berutto

Raffaella Betti Berutto is an expert in employment law and industrial relations as well as in the transfer of undertakings, restructuring and reorganisation processes, lay-offs, compensation & benefits, employment agreements for expatriates and managers, as well as human resource management. She also has significant experience in the aviation sector.

After graduating in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University of Rome in 1989, she attended the City of London Polytechnic in 1989 and the Academy of American and International Law, The Southwestern Legal Foundation, University of Texas, Dallas in 1993.

She is admitted to the Italian Bar and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (AGI).

She speaks Italian, English and French.
