Alessandro Merenda

Alessandro Merenda is specialized in financial markets, corporate law, structured finance as well as in the regulation of banking, financial, insurance services, investment services and asset management.

He provides assistance to investment banks, financial institutions and corporates on multiple equity and debt capital markets operations. He has considerable experience in IPOs, share capital increases and other extraordinary transactions (both on regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities) as well as in venture capital and private equity operations.

Alessandro advises also national and overseas clients in structuring and negotiating reserved alternative investment funds. It provides advice and assistance in relation to corporate and regulatory compliance with particular reference to the corporate governance processes of listed companies and supervised intermediaries.

Alessandro graduated in Law at “Roma Tre” University of Rome in 2007 and he is a member of the Rome Bar.

He worked from 2007 to 2009 as compliance officer in Mediobanca S.p.A.
