Raimondo Premonte

Raimondo specialises in M&A and corporate law, advising domestic and multinational corporations, investment banks, private equity funds in M&A transactions, public tender offers and other stock exchange transactions in a variety of industries, such as telecommunications, renewable energy, information technology, fashion, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, consumer products, and real estate. He advises in the context of tender offers and reorganisations or combinations of corporations listed on the Milan and foreign stock exchanges, being involved in some of the major transactions concerning Italian and foreign listed companies in the last years. Raimondo heads the firm's Corporate team in London.
